March in Style : Savoring the Elegance of Prague & the Sophistication of London — A Journey Through Two Iconic Cities

March in Prague and London

I’m so happy to be back home in Northern Italy where it’s Springtime. March in London was freezing and Prague was full of snow . My recent trip took me from the charming streets of Prague to the iconic sights of London, and it was nothing short of amazing. Prague wowed me with its old-world elegance and beautiful architecture, while London offered a totally different vibe—fast-paced, full of life, and packed with culture. One of the highlights was visiting the Natural History Museum, which was both fun and fascinating. I also stepped out of my food comfort zone and tried some incredible Nigerian dishes for the first time—flavorful, rich, and definitely unforgettable.

Savoring Sophistication: Elegant Dining in Prague and London

We returned to Field Restaurant which I was so excited to experience again.A proud holder of a Michelin star since 2016, Field consistently served us tasty courses. I was impressed that I ate a course of lamb!! It came with a side of fog LOL Professional yet inviting service if you’re looking for a splurge Field is the place . We found a new breakfast spot we loved called Bistro Monk. If you don’t show up when they open on the weekend be prepared to wait a bit . It’s the best breakfast I’ve had in Prague. On This trip, I finally tired my first  Trdelnik  I kept seeing a Stall for these sweet cone donut thingy’s and finally caved and had one. I had mine filled with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, and it’s a sugar bomb! We also found a Mexican spot and I can’t vouch for their margaritas, but the tacos were delicious.

 London

Nestled in Fitzrovia, Akoko offers a remarkable West African dining journey—sophisticated yet rooted in rich, bold flavors.

This place is so delicious. West African food with the most incredible flavor fusions. Spicy, smokey, sweet, mmmm so so so good. We started the evening with their version of the Negroni, which had a nice smokey gin infused with cacao nibs then paired our dinner with red wine. This was my first time having Nigerian cuisine and I loved the Jollof rice so smokey and flavorful .

London was a quick journey and even though I had a blast the freezing temps, grey skies, and WIND chilled me to my core. The next trips I’ve planned for April through August are warm! Are you surprised ??  Have a great week, and let’s finish March strong!! XO Tera
